Friendly Reminder to Breathe
Before you rush into your day, pause and take a deep breath.
Inhale slowly through your nose, embrace air moving into your nose.
Exhale through the nose in the same slow, relaxed manner. Keep lips together and do not rush the exhale.
Just one deep breath can make a huge difference. Imagine what would happen if you paused several times throughout your day to take a few deep breaths?
